Directions from Sarasota I75:
Take I-75 north to I-275. Take I-275 north across the Sunshine Skyway
Bridge to Park Blvd (Rte 694) exit. Take Park Blvd West to Gulf Blvd (on
the beach). Turn right and take Gulf Blvd north Jack Collins Realty at
20001 Gulf Blvd in Indian Shores (in the small shopping center, next to
Greenstreets Restaurant).
To pick up the condominium keys, detailed directions and to check in,
please go to Jack Collins Realty Inc., 20001 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores.
Office hours are 9AM - 5PM Monday through Friday, 10AM - 4PM Saturday
and Sunday. Please check for applicable hours on all Holidays.
Please note, a credit card imprint (not processed), or a $200 cash security
deposit will be required upon your arrival.
LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURES: White lock box is by the Jack Collins office
door. Code is 2020. There will be a white envelope with your name on it.
It will include directions to your unit and the key. Please come in before
noon the following day to register with Jack Collins. If you have any
questions, the 24 hour number is 727 595 2001.

Directions to Jack Collins Realty: Follow the exit airport
signs to SR60 east / I-275. Take I-275 south across the
Howard Frankland Bridge to exit 15 (Rte 694 / Park Blvd).
Take Rte 694 west approx 7 miles to Gulf Blvd (Rte 699).
Turn right on Gulf Blvd and take Gulf Blvd north for 1.3
miles to 20001 Gulf Blvd, on your right in a small shopping
plaza.
